No, the knob isn't movable. You may customize the function of the knob on “EPOMAKER” software.

Does this software work on Mac OS?

The keyboard works on Mac OS, and we have a Mac OS download link for their drivers as well.

Why does the spacebar always get stuck when pressed down?

This may be because the padding cotton of the spacebar is not fixed properly. You can remove the spacebar from the keyboard to check. Re-fixing the padding cotton can solve this problem.

Why did I receive a mini TV with scratches on it?

To protect the screen. We added a protective film to the screen (this protective film is not visible). After removing the protective film. There will be no scratches on the small TV.

Can mini TV be applied to other keyboards？Why does the keycap and switch automatically come off？

No. The mini TV can only be used on the RT100 keyboard. This may be due to a collision during transportation that caused the keycap and switch to fall off. After reinstalling it, it can be used normally.
