A1: Older firmware (V1.18 or below) on the X20 wireless PC controller may misread fast or long L3 clicks. This is not a hardware defect. Update to V1.21+ to resolve the issue.

Q2: Is firmware upgrade difficult for this gaming controller?

A2: No. Just connect the PC gamepad via USB, open the tool, click “Detect Device” > “Upgrade.” The process takes ~1 minute. Easy instructions and video guides are available.
