The upcoming Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra has recently gained attention as it has been certified to support rapid 60W fast charging, according to the official 3C certification website. This flagship smartphone is expected to launch in February and will include three distinct models: the Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+, and Galaxy S26 Ultra.

The Galaxy S26 Ultra stands out as the only variant featuring Qualcomm’s cutting-edge chips, specifically the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen5, which promises to deliver formidable performance. This special version of the Snapdragon processor operates at a CPU clock speed of 4.74GHz, surpassing the standard model’s 4.6GHz. Additionally, the S26 Ultra will utilize TSMC’s advanced third-generation 3nm process, known as N3P, which offers enhanced stability and efficiency compared to the regular second-generation 3nm technology.

Meanwhile, the Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S26+ will be available in dual versions, with the international models equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen5. However, the Korean versions will feature Samsung’s proprietary Exynos 2600 chip, another technological marvel touted as the world’s first 2nm chip. The Exynos 2600 employs a 10-core design, boasting one core clocked at 3.80GHz, three cores at 3.26GHz, and six cores at 2.76GHz. Its impressive performance metrics reveal a single-core score exceeding 3,400 points and a multi-core score exceeding 11,000 points.

In terms of photography capabilities, the Galaxy S26 Ultra maintains the four-camera system seen in its predecessor, the S25 Ultra. It will be equipped with a 200-megapixel main camera, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera, a 50-megapixel 5x periscope telephoto lens, and a 12-megapixel 3x telephoto lens. The front camera will consist of 12 megapixels, ensuring high-quality selfies and video calls for users.

As for pricing, the Galaxy S26 Ultra is anticipated to have a starting price of around 10,000 yuan, up from the previous generation’s starting price of 9,699 yuan for the Galaxy S25 Ultra (12GB RAM and 256GB storage). This slight increase reflects the enhanced features and technology available in the new model.

The Galaxy S26 series aims to set a new benchmark for flagship devices with its advanced technology, robust specifications, and premium build quality. Stay tuned for further updates as we approach the official launch date.
