Is this a mechanical keyboard?

It’s a membrane keyboard. There is no loud "clicking" sound when typing.

How loud is this keyboard? What type of noise do these make?

Our gaming keyboard is not mechanical. So it's not very loud when you typing.

Can I turn off the light on this keyboard?

Press the FN+Application key （check the user manual）to turn on/ turn off the backlight.

Can I customize RGB?

This gaming keyboard is not RGB. But you can adjust the brightness and breathing speed of the backlit according to your preference.

Can I switch out the keycaps and buy different keycaps if I'd like?

Detachable, but there is no universal keycap version available on the market.

How long is the cord?
