How do I adjust the vibration strength?

Press the "Turbo" button, and simultaneously nudge the joystick backward/forward to decrease/increase the vibration strength.

How to turn off the vibration of the remote?

Press the T plus the left analog stick up to increase the intensity by one gear ,press the T plus the left analog stick down the intensity is reduced by one gear. There are four levels of Vibration strength default 100% ,70% , 30% and 0% !

What is the middle button on the back for?

The 4 bottons on the back can be programmed according to your needs. The button in the middle is the one that allows the programming of the buttons on the left and right on the back of the controller.
