The Skytech SKY-3301-A-RX fireplace remote control receiver box provides simple control of a gas fireplace. This unit is the direct replacement for 3301 Series fireplace remote controls to allow wireless remote operation of a millivolt gas fireplace. what is the polling rate?

On wired mode or 2.4ghz wireless mode, the polling rate is 1000hz. On Bluetooth Mode, the polling rate is 125hz.

Where is the power on/off switch on the keyboard

There is no on/off switch. USB will enable your keyboard for wired connection. If you want to switch to 2.4g or bluetooth connection, you adjust the toggle and change modes. The other toggle is for Win and Mac.
