Is abxylute just for streaming? Can I play other games as well?

It's mostly for streaming, meaning that you can stream from the cloud or your PC/consoles. You won't be able to install Steam games locally but you will be able to remote play Steam or console games through software such as Steam Link or Moonlight.

Do I have to use the internet to play? Can I play outside?

Yes, since it's based on streaming, an internet connection (or hotspot WiFi) is necessary. You can leave your consoles at home connected to the internet (rest mode) and play outside, as long as your device is connected to another internet source.

I'm new to remote play setup. Is it complicated?

What if my joystick feels weird?
