From the brand The sound is good, but why the mic not working?

Firstly, please check the interface is plugged in devices solidly. Second, if it is still not working, please contact with us.

Why the headset produce sound only from one ear? the other one has no sound.

Why the gaming headset cannot work on Xbox one?
