After shipping over 200,000 units of Maonocaster Lite to over 50 markets around the world, we are now launching the successor MaonoCaster E2 series podcast console. It is an all-new product with a brand new design, substantial performance improvements, and new features. We also improved user experiences and fixed glitches based on valuable customer feedback.

MaonoCaster E2 kept every feature that was loved by our users and we have also added XLR microphone support on top of it. It has built-in phantom power and premium microphone amps with a gain switch. You can use any of your favorite XLR condenser or dynamic microphone and record ultra-clear sound with it.

MaonoCaster AME2 specially designed 3-level microphone gain adjustment and 48V phantom power for best performance of more microphone. We kindly suggest that you read the following notes before use.

1. Please confirm your microphone type and sensitivity

If you connect to your own microphone, please refer to the user manual of the microphone to confirm the microphone type and sensitivity.

2. Please confirm if your microphone needs to turn on the 48V phantom power

XLR connected condenser mics require phantom power, dynamic mics do not.

3. Please adjust the 'MIC1 SETTING' on the side of the audio interface to the correct position.

40dB: condenser mic sensitivity higher than -40dB, like MAONO PM320/PM500/AT2020

50dB: dynamic mic sensitivity between -50dB and -55dB, like Samson Q2U/HD300T

60dB: dynamic mic sensitivity between -55dB and -60dB, like Shure SM7B/SM58/MV7

Q1: How can I tell what mode the keyboard is in? How to switch modes?

In different modes, the M indicator will be displayed in different colors. Three modes BT1 (2, 3)/2.4G/USB will display Blue (Cyan, Purple)/Green/White in order.

With existing device connections, switching among by FN+1(2.3)/4 (wireless mode), FN+5 (wired mode).

Q2: When does the keyboard needs to be recharged and how do I know it is full?

When the M indicator light starts flashing in red, it is in low battery indication and you need to plug in the USB-C cable to charge in time.

During charging, M indicator will stay in solid red color (any mode) and restore to current connection mode color status when it’s fully charged.

Q3: Even in OFF mode, why does the keyboard still go into sleep mode?

This is because the keyboard is still in wireless mode (even in OFF mode), you need to press FN+5 to enter the wired USB mode again to make the keyboard backlight does not go out.

Q4: Why does the W/A/S/D keys become arrow keys?

Press FN + W to switch the WASD keys function to arrow keys, press them again to restore original function.
