You can download it on KiiBOOM official website. And yes, you use QMK/VIA to remap FN key.

Why I can't connect to VIA?

1. Make sure your keyboard is connected to your device in Wired mode

2. Upload the correct JSON file of the keyboard

3. If in VIA Application, try a few more times

4. If in online VIA Software, make sure you authorize the keyboard connecting VIA

What causes my keyboard lighting suddenly shut off?

- Sleep Mode: Press any key to wake it (5 minutes idle = battery saver; 30 minutes = deep sleep).

- Connection Issue: Re-pair Bluetooth/2.4G or check wired mode.

Why the Win key always lights up? Why the combos like Win + L, Win + Fn, Win + Esc stopped working?

The win key may be locked and does not input any keypress. Press Fn+Win to release it.

Why my Alt key and Win key swapped function?

How can I pick up the sound loudly and clearly?

Adjust the gain to a proper level as you need by the gain knob and sound settings, and you'd better speak to the front of the USB computer microphone within 4-6 inches. If possible, please use the mic in a quiet room or space.

What is the maximum thickness that the clamp can handle?

The computer microphone can mount to the thickness of the desk up to 2.1”, but overly rounded or overhanging desktop edges do not make good mounting surfaces.Make sure both the top and the underside of the C-clamp are resting on the flat surfaces.

Is T669 mic compatible with Xbox?

This USB computer microphone is NOT compatible with Xbox, but it works well with PS4/PS5.
