About Govee
Govee makes smart lighting: RGBIC LED strip lights, TV backlights, permanent outdoor lights, lamps and holiday lights, along with smart plugs and some home appliances. It was founded in Shenzhen in 2017 by Wu Wenlong, a co-founder of Anker. Most of its lights are controlled through the Govee Home app, and many models work with Alexa and Google Assistant. Compare length or coverage, whether a light is RGBIC (several colors at once) or single-color, and whether it supports Matter or needs the app.
